I found that Simon Sinek (the author) did a fantastic job pointing out the most important factor of how an orgization can become great. Easier if this is part of your corporate culture from the start… but if not, “it” can be discovered and developed.

Knowing what you “why” is, for most, will be the most important catalysis for growth and success – both in your personal and professional life.
